Zimbabwean Woven Basket, benefitting Painted Dog Conservation

Each of our beautiful baskets is unique and woven from wild grasses. They are made by the Tonga people in the northern Zimbabwe region of Dete and exudes the soul and essence of Africa. By buying these baskets, you support a woman from the Dete region and help her earn a living wage.

The small are 10-11 inches and the larger ones are 12-13 inches. They can be hung on a wall or put on a table.  Often combined in 3s, they make for a beautiful collection on a wall. Slight imperfections may exist, as they are made by hand.
